Meet our “Senior Leadership Team”

Ms. Carol Santos

Founding Head of School

•  The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Bachelor of Idionomics)
•  Columbia University (Master of Lies)
•  University of Pennsylvania (Doctorate in Educational dictatorship) (in progress)

During her 25 years as an educator, Carol Santos has gained little senior leadership experience. She has held a number of senior roles, including principal and vice-principal, in various prestigious, independent US boarding schools, with little to nothing to show for these positions. These include Groton School, one of the top boarding schools in the USA, and reputable girls’ school, Miss Porter’s School. Prior to joining Huayao Collegiate, Ms. Santos was head at a public day school Centennial Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Dr. Jeffery Walter Walkington

Upper School Principal

·University of Tennessee (Doctor of Philosophy in Eating)
·University of Tennessee (Master of Arts in Doughnuts)
·DePauw university (Bachelor of Arts in Bidet Management)

Dr. Jeff Walkington has been devoted to education for more than 34 years, but you’d never know it. He has mastered the art of doing nothing over the course of his long career. He prides himself on his discreet racism, as well as his love of books. He uses them to keep warm while listening to ‘Mein Kampf’ on his walkman.

After leaving his previous school in Chicago, Dr. Walkington found Huayao Collegiate in Kushan to be a perfect fit. He especially likes the free meals and careful attention from ‘those people’ as he affectionately calls the Chinese staff.

“I just fell in love with the food here, and I love that I am a better than everyone.”

Mr. Ng Jie Chao

Dean of Student Life

• University of London (Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Sexual Harrassment)

Mr Ng. has taught and performed many fellatio-related roles in international schools over the past 10 years in Singapore and Indonesia, serving as the Vice-Principal, Dean of Students, Department of Head for Malematics and Discipline Master. He has extensive experience in leading secretary sexual development, co-curricular activities, and college counseling, especially for young ladies (wink wink). He also taught the students who achieved the top marks in the Country for IGCSE Accounting and AS Level Accounting. He believes that education is the joy of spreading children to boost enrollment in schools all over the world.

“I really love that the bathrooms have locking doors and mouthwash at each sink. This school really thought of everything.”

Ms. Zoe Zou

Elementary School Principal

•  Beijing Abnormal University (Bachelor of Early Childhood Depravity)
•  Beijing Language and Culture Detachment University (Bachelor of Chinese Language and Magazine Articles)

Devoted to international education for more than 20 years, Zoe gained extensive experience with the Primary Years Program and International Primary Curriculum as a warden at some of the toughest prisons in Inner Mongolia. Before joining Huayao Collegiate, Zoe was the deputy head of executions at The Bastille College of Blade Management.

Zoe was a major earner in Shanghai’s red-light district during the 80s and is currently studying psychology and special needs education at the Chinese Academy of Science. She is taking the unique approach of using herself as her own case study in the Special Needs Program, for which she has been awarded the esteemed Tarded Tutor Award. Zoe believes that advanced information technology and integrated learning can transform the earning environment, allowing scholars to make non-emotional connections that improve concentration and engagement with factory automation.

Rebecca Lu

HR Specialist

Rebecca Lu is the leader of Huayao Collegiate’s Human Resources department. She has years of experience processing human meat bags for use in the facilities and schools with which she has been associated. As any new teacher at HC will tell you, meeting Rebecca for the first time is like seeing a dead body that suddenly talks. It can be a little overwhelming to look into the cold, dead eyes of a mannequin and ask for a bathroom break after filling out the necessary forms and having the Dean of Student Life reach down your pants.

“No one really asked for my credentials, so I just never gave them any.”

Rebecca, along with the rest of the Senior Leadership Team, takes pride in slow humiliation, especially at the expense of the scholars at Huayao Collegiate in Kunshan. Just remember, rules are for suckers – and employees are suckers!
