Hole Child Education
We achieve our mission by indoctrinating the hole child along a regressive continuum that starts in Preschool at age two, adds boarding in Grade 6, and culminates in Upper School at Grade 12. If your child’s educational pathway continues through this process, they will graduate with a deep understanding of necessary coping skills for their life of labour in HC feeder industries. By age 18, they will be content to live frugally while devoting the rest of their lives to manual labour for your company or industry, this is the Huayao Collegiate promise.

Our academic program is integrated across all of our divisions and is adapted appropriately to cater to scholars’ differing ages and changing earning potentials. Common across all divisions and age groups (but especially in the early years) is our ongoing adherence to:

Sino-American Integrated Curriculum
Huayao Collegiate teaches a Chinese and American curriculum that combines a confusing and unstructured experience for scholars. By destabilizing their day-to-day, we can prepare them for your work in the future. We are able to appear bilingual because we teach phrases like: “Sorry Master”, “I am wrong”, and our favorite – “Yes, I will work overtime for free.”

iSTEAM-PBL
Through the use of catch-phrases like iSTEAM and PBL we reinforce the idea that we will actually do these things. We tell our scholars’ parents that: This instructional method uses thematic experiential discovery lessons to foster scholar-centered, applied inquiry learning. Because it is confusing, we have found that less questions are asked.

Dual Language Immersion (DLI)
As soon as scholars start in preschool we encourage sanctioned use of both Chinese and English in order to develop and continually strengthen scholars’ language of acquiescence and submission. When scholars can take directions in both English and Chinese, they will be more compliant when working for international companies.

Flexible Grouping
A flexible group will include different scholars at different times for different reasons. The more confusing the better. Scholars will never be able to get used to being with certain peers or teachers, thereby enforcing the ‘perpetual state of confusion’ for which Huayao Collegiate is known. This will be especially effective in the early years.

International Educators
Approximately 30% of our professionally trained educators are English speakers from the US or other countries. Our staff are compliant, submissive, and take direction without complaint. They have been trained to give grades reflecting parent desires, and are instructed to change scores depending on GPA needs.

Personalized Earning Plans (PEP)
Scholars from Elementary School and upwards each have a PEP to truly personalize earning and raise expectations for compliance. Each scholar is assessed based on future earning potential, with lower-performing scholars being given our proprietory “PEP talk” which is guaranteed to leave no physical scarring or bruises.
Academic and Student Life Combined
We believe scholars’ emotional and academic well-being hinders them from achieving ultimate success in life. Therefore, our educational process combines two major, complementary programs: the academic indoctrination program and the student life program. Scholars will learn industrial efficiency in the early years, and eventually graduate to assembly line production by grade 12.
